An intelligent goofball from Kentucky, Alten has headlined shows in 30 states, performing everywhere from theaters and punk basements to art galleries and beloved comedy clubs. Performing more than 200 shows a year, he brings his tight, surreal style to audiences with a unique blend of offbeat humor and sharp jokes - like the Ramones were one guy with a mustache and good jokes. Alten has opened for Kyle Kinane, Bobcat Goldthwait, Rory Scovel, "Saturday Night Live's" Sarah Sherman, Johnny Pemberton, Hari Kondabolu and rapper Open Mike Eagle. He has recorded two albums, written a zine and filmed a pilot for an Amazon Prime stand-up show that was lost to history. Bombs Away! Comedy is an intimate comedy club inside The Comet - a legendary Cincinnati music venue and neighborhood favorite with over 30 years of history.
