About this event
With A Vengeance brings modern metal to Bogart's in Cincinnati, with Blackwater and Downtrend also listed on the bill. The Los Angeles band is led by former Bad Wolves members Tommy Vext and Chris Cain, building its sound around heavy riffs, melodic hooks, technical playing, and forceful vocals.
Who's playing
With A Vengeance headlines the Bogart's show, with Blackwater and Downtrend appearing as part of the lineup. Ticketmaster classifies the Cincinnati event under metal and nu-metal, while the band describes itself as a modern metal project based in Los Angeles.
What to expect
With A Vengeance centers on the partnership of Tommy Vext and Chris Cain, joined by drummer Austin D'Amond and guitarist Xander Raymond Charles. The band's own description points to a hard rock and metal sound shaped by crushing riffs, melodic hooks, technical precision, and emotionally charged vocals.
Why go
For listeners who followed Vext and Cain through Bad Wolves, With A Vengeance presents a new chapter from musicians with deep roots in the modern metal world. Bogart's gives the Cincinnati stop a close-room setting for a bill that stays squarely in heavy music territory.
