Fifty West and Fleet Feet are teaming up for the Jack O’ Lantern Jog. Run or walk along the Little Miami Bike Trail, pick out a pumpkin at the halfway point, then carry your new friend back to Fifty West for a post-run celebration in the beer garden. After crossing the finish line, stick around to carve your pumpkin, grab food and drinks, and see who hauled the heaviest pumpkin back. Registration includes a pumpkin, pumpkin-carving kit rental, a regular order of fries and a nonalcoholic hot beverage. The Jack O’ Lantern Jog takes place at Fifty West Wooster Pike. Check-in begins at 11 a.m., with the run starting at noon. All ages and paces are welcome, so runners, walkers and pumpkin haulers can join the fun.
What to expect
This is a down-and-back 5K built for runners, walkers and pumpkin haulers of all ages and paces. Along the Little Miami Bike Trail, participants pick up a pumpkin at the halfway point, carry it to the finish and then settle in at Fifty West Wooster Pike to carve it into a jack-o’-lantern. Registration includes the pumpkin, pumpkin-carving kit rental, a regular order of fries and a nonalcoholic hot beverage.
